Kumar Mess was born. It stood as the sole definition of traditional and authentic chettinadu cuisine, and we didn’t want to hold it with us. We were more than excited to make meet this cuisine with the strong and spicy flavors of Madurai and that is when our journey began all the way back in 1991.
